Dear Department of Education,
I have enjoyed going to school and seeing my friends and learning in class. But since I have reached high school, there is a concern I have and hopefully you will put this into consideration.
Like in my elementary I was covered in air condition in every class I had to make it a comfortable and enjoyable environment. As I progressively got older and going into middle school and now high school air conditioners were gone and there were only fans that most teachers bought to make learning more comfortable. I am purposing that all classrooms at every school should have air conditions.
How can the state expect us to do well in class or on computerized tests such as the HSA when we are not in a comfortable and cool environment. I believe that if there are installments of aid conditioners, students will become more on task. Students will also become more calm while taking tests instead of rushing through it and wanting to get out of class immediately.
I continue to come to school with some classes with air conditioners but in other classes it is an uncomfortable learning environment. I hope you at least take this in consideration and try to pull out money from funds and accept my request. If this is too big of a request maybe more fans can be an alternative choice in making school a wonderful environment to learn in.
I would like to see more reasons why to put ac in classrooms like if studies show that it helps students study better or put more of your own experiences.
ReplyDeleteTry putting in statistics based on accurate results done by other corporations or organizations . For example, "students focus better in an air conditioned environment, according to ________."
ReplyDeleteYou need facts on why there isnt any ACs in classrooms. They will quickly shoot your idea down and tell you they dont have the money. Also if you are trying to say it will help students do better you need to prove it by adding research/facts. AS(1+) please make the changes.
